The Carrier Sales Representative I within the BSL (Building Supply Logistics) organization at SRS Heritage Group plays a vital role in strengthening and expanding carrier partnerships to deliver cost-effective, reliable transportation solutions. This position supports the coordination of freight operations from dispatch through delivery, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to all safety and compliance standards. This role requires strong negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills to balance service quality with cost control. The Carrier Sales Representative I demonstrates sound decision-making, problem-solving, and ethical conduct while actively contributing to business growth through carrier engagement, promotional initiatives, and consistent delivery of exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:
