We are seeking enthusiastic carpet care technicians to join our team!
As one of our carpet care technicians, you will be responsible for performing a full range of services for our customers including carpet cleanings, restorations, repairs, and water extractions.

What You'll Do:
  • Carpet cleanings, restorations, repairs, and water extractions, as well as cleaning other surfaces (rugs, upholstery, tile, grout, etc.) as needed
  • Execute pre-cleaning inspections with keen attention to detail
  • Respond to flooding emergencies swiftly and steadily
  • Uphold and comply with quality, safety, and regulatory standards at all times
  • Foster and build lasting relationships with customers through outstanding service
  • Document all quotes, invoices, and work performed with in-depth precision
  • Communicate professionally and conscientiously in all customer and team interactions
  • Maintain company equipment and company vehicle with care

What You'll Need:
  • Minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience in carpet care, preferably within the multi-family industry
  • A passion for carpet care!
  • Skilled at creative problem-solving and critical analysis
  • A thorough understanding of all aspects of carpet care with proficiency in performing carpet cleanings and repairs autonomously
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with a focus on active listening
  • Eagerness to learn and apply new cleaning techniques and technologies
  • Friendly demeanor with a positive go-getter personality
  • Self-starter mentality with great time management skills
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and reliability in the field
  • Adept at working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting and courteously interacting with a variety of personalities
  • Basic computer and smartphone skills
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday with a mandatory weekend and overnight on-call rotation
  • Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, understanding, and speaking
  • Ability to perform all necessary physical aspects of the job, including, but not limited to, lifting, moving, pushing, pulling, and carrying at least 60 pounds; standing, kneeling, and crawling for extending periods of time; and working in a variety of environments including exposure to heat, cold, rain, dust, sewage, rodents/pests, small/tight spaces, and heights
  • At least 21 years of age (for insurance purposes)
  • Valid driver's license with a minimum of three years of driving experience and satisfactory driving record
  • Capability to pass background check and drug screening
