What is a carpet manager?

Carpet Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing the sales, installation, and maintenance of carpeting in retail or commercial environments. Carpet Managers may also coordinate with suppliers, handle budgeting, and ensure that installations meet safety and quality standards. Their role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and efficient store operations.

What are common challenges a carpet manager faces when coordinating installation projects?

A Carpet Manager often encounters challenges such as scheduling installations around client availability, managing supply chain delays for materials, and ensuring quality standards are met by installation teams.
