If you are looking for a Summer Job, we're looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join us as Summer Carpet Cleaning Technicians. If you're eager to spend your summer on your feet, learning a valuable skill set, and making customers' days a bit brighter, let's talk!
As a Summer Carpet Cleaning Technician, you'll work alongside experienced team members to provide top-notch carpet cleaning services. From living rooms to commercial spaces and plenty of apartments, you'll get hands-on experience operating cleaning equipment, working with a high performing team, and ensuring every job meets our high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Carpet Cleaning Services: Operate and maintain carpet cleaning equipment, pretreat stains, and ensure thorough cleaning in homes and businesses.
  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly, answer any cleaning-related questions, and uphold our reputation for outstanding service.
  • Quality Control: Inspect your work and spot-treat as needed to meet company standards for cleanliness and stain removal.
  • Equipment Care: Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of the van and equipment after each job to keep everything in top shape.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow company procedures for chemical handling and safety protocols at all times.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians, help with scheduling, and provide feedback to improve efficiency.

Requirements
Availability: Must be able to work daytime hours, with occasional weekends if needed. (We can discuss a flexible schedule if you have other summer commitments.)
Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing, kneeling, and lifting equipment up to ~50 lbs. This job is active and hands-on!
Team Player: Willing to help where needed and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
Driver's License: Valid driver's license (and a good driving record) is highly preferred.
Attitude: Dependable, punctual, and ready to take initiative. We can teach you the ropes, but we can't teach motivation or a good attitude!
Preferred (But Not Required)
  • Prior experience in a service or maintenance job.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning products or equipment.
  • Interest in learning more about professional carpet cleaning techniques and customer service best practices.
