We are seeking a Carpet Technician to help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of assigned facilities through professional carpet care and maintenance. In this hands-on role, you will perform carpet cleaning services, remove stains, support facility upkeep, and work closely with supervisors to ensure high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining carpets and floor coverings through scheduled cleaning and spot treatment of stains. You will operate both portable and hand-operated carpet cleaning equipment to keep facilities looking their best while ensuring all work is completed according to established quality standards.
You will collaborate with your supervisor to understand daily assignments, communicate any issues affecting operations, and report supply or equipment needs. The role also requires adherence to safety procedures, participation in required training sessions, and support of a positive, team-oriented work environment. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support facility operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
Successful candidates will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to delivering quality results. A valid driver's license with an insurable driving record is required.
Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, perform frequent bending and kneeling, and safely work from ladders and electronic lifts when needed. Basic math skills are required. Janitorial, carpet cleaning, or general facility maintenance experience is preferred, and a high school diploma or equivalent is beneficial but not required.

  • Typical Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
  • Must be able to work varying hours as needed.
