Job description

About the Role:

The Carpentry Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of carpentry projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure that project specifications are met and that any issues are promptly addressed. The Project Manager will also be responsible for developing project plans, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Effective communication and leadership skills are essential, as the Project Manager will lead a team of carpenters and other construction professionals. Ultimately, the goal of this position is to deliver successful carpentry projects that meet client expectations and enhance the company's reputation in the industry.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of managing the building of additions, decks and screen rooms
  • Knowledge of blueprints, county codes, electrical and framing
