Job description

Step beyond the standard job site and into a workspace where carpentry is treated as a true art form. We are seeking a journeyman carpenter ready to transition from basic construction to high-end, custom execution. With our small, agile company, you won’t just be another hand on deck—you will be a cornerstone of our growth, while developing and maintaining a sophisticated technical skill set. If you are looking to trade repetitive labor for a legacy of craftsmanship, your workbench is waiting!

Site Prep: Setting up and organizing tools/materials for the day's projects.

Structural: Framing, joist/rafter installation, and floor systems.

Material Prep: Measuring, marking, and cutting lumber or plywood to specific dimensions based on blueprints or lead instructions.

Hardware & Trim: Installing windows, doors, baseboards, and crown molding.

Maintenance: Ensuring the job site remains clean and safe, including debris removal and tool maintenance.

Technical Learning: Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and local building codes.

Skills:

-Must have at least 5 years experience as a Carpenter.

-Must have some experience with ALL of the following:

• Flooring (hardwood, laminate, or vinyl)

• Drywall installation (tape, mudding, sanding)

• Structural framing (constructing walls, joists and rafters)

• Finish work (installing windows, doors, trim/casings)

-Must have practical proficiency in fractions, geometry, and measurements.

-Ability to lift 50–100 lbs. and work in various weather conditions.

-Not required but a PLUS if you have experience with plaster, siding, painting, plumbing & electrical work.

*Must have reliable transportation.

*Must own a set of basic tools.
