Full-Time Carpenter – Custom Residential Homes

Small, quality-driven residential builder seeking a skilled Carpenter who keeps safety front of mind

We’re a small residential construction company that specializes in custom homes. We take pride in building to a high standard and never compromise on safety. We’re looking for a full-time Carpenter who shares that mindset—someone who delivers clean, precise work while always putting safety first.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform framing, finish carpentry, and custom woodwork on quality custom home projects
  • Execute work to detailed plans with a strong focus on craftsmanship and accuracy
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site at all times
  • Follow all safety protocols and actively contribute to a safety-first culture
  • Work closely with a small crew that values quality workmanship and looking out for one another

What We’re Looking For

  • Solid carpentry experience (residential/custom homes preferred)
  • Pride in clean, high-quality work
  • Strong commitment to job-site safety and proper tool/equipment use
  • Reliable, punctual, and available for full-time hours
  • Ability to read plans and work both independently and as part of a small team
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
  • Have own handtools

What We Offer

  • Full-time, steady work on quality custom residential projects
  • Competitive pay based on experience
  • Opportunity to be part of a small company that values craftsmanship and safety equally
  • Respectful, professional work environment

If you’re a quality-driven carpenter who keeps safety in mind on every job, we’d like to hear from you.
