CARPENTER
Denver, CO | On-Site | Full-Time | Monday - Friday; OT as Required


ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring a full-time Carpenter to install custom outdoor structures such as patio covers, motorized screens, pergolas, and louvered roof systems. This permanent role offers year-round work and growth opportunities into a Lead Carpenter position. Ideal candidates have experience in construction, carpentry, framing, or installation work, are comfortable using hand and power tools, and enjoy hands-on work, quality craftsmanship, and working in a fast-paced team environment throughout the Boise area.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Cut, assemble, and install aluminum framing, louvers, retractable screens, and related components
  • Lead projects, supervise a small crew, and install custom outdoor structures such as patio enclosures, louvered roofs, and screen rooms
  • Read and interpret project plans; measure and layout job sites accurately
  • Perform basic electrical hookups for powered systems (training provided)
  • Communicate with project managers and sales to align on project details
  • Update project status, track materials, and coordinate with the warehouse team
  • Keep job sites safe, organized, and clean while maintaining tools and company vehicle in good condition
  • Occasionally assist with local trade shows or product displays


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 1–3 years of experience in construction, framing, or exterior installation 
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and clean driving record (required)
  • Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and reading measurements
  • Candidates who can provide and use their own work truck are preferred 
  • Comfortable leading a small crew
  • Ability to lift 75+ pounds, climb ladders, and work outdoors varying conditions
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
