Commercial Service Carpenter
Denver, Co
Job Function:
We're seeking a dependable and experienced commercial service carpenter to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining carpentry work in commercial buildings. You'll have the opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively, delivering high-quality service to our valued clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Install, repair, and maintain doors, windows, cabinetry, and trim work.
  • Perform basic electrical repairs on items such as light fixtures, switches, outlets, etc.
  • Perform light plumbing work such as clearing stoppages, replacing fittings, etc.
  • Build and repair structures such as partitions, walls, and flooring.
  • Perform general maintenance.
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local, state, and national building codes.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients

Minimum Qualifications :
  • Holds a valid driver's license.
  • Handyman experience.
  • Ability to operate carpentry tools and equipment safely.

Optional Qualifications :
  • Facilities Maintenance experience
  • Commercial Building Maintenance experience
  • Preventive Maintenance experience
  • Work Order experience

Physical Requirements:
