Position Overview
We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Carpenter to join our residential remodeling team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field, building things the right way, and being part of a team that values quality over shortcuts.
You'll work alongside experienced carpenters, project leadership, and trade partners to support framing and general carpentry work on residential remodel projects. This is a field-focused role with clear direction and support - not a management position.
What You'll Do
  • Perform residential carpentry and framing work on remodeling projects
  • Assist with layout, framing, and modifications to existing structures
  • Read and follow construction drawings with guidance from lead carpenters or supervisors
  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
  • Communicate jobsite needs or issues clearly with the team
  • Support inspections and make adjustments as directed
  • Help with general carpentry tasks as projects progress

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of residential carpentry experience preferred
  • Experience with remodeling or renovation work is a plus
