What You'll Do
โข Provide hands-on carpentry instruction and career technical training
โข Prepare students for industry-recognized certifications and employment opportunities
โข Develop engaging lessons that support student learning and skill development
โข Provide individualized guidance, mentoring, and career support
โข Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
โข Help students identify job opportunities and support graduate placement efforts
โข Maintain a safe, organized, and productive classroom/shop environment
โข Reinforce workplace expectations, professionalism, and Career Success Standards
โข Partner with departments across Center to support student success

What You Need
โข Minimum 1 year of teaching or related industry experience required
โข Certification, licensing, or accreditation in Carpentry required
โข Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
โข Valid driver's license required and must meet Company insurability requirements
โข Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
