Your New Role
  • Work as a Lead Carpenter on exterior repair and restoration projects throughout the Seattle Metro area

  • Lead and oversee crews performing siding, framing, waterproofing, rot repair, and exterior carpentry work

  • Diagnose structural and exterior envelope issues including water intrusion, dry rot, and framing damage

  • Perform and supervise window and door installations, deck construction, and exterior restoration projects

  • Coordinate daily job site operations, crew workflow, materials, and project timelines

  • Ensure projects meet company quality standards, production goals, and safety expectations

  • Train, mentor, and support carpenters and crew members in the field

  • Read and interpret project scopes, measurements, and construction specifications

  • Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, and field leadership

  • Maintain organized, clean, and professional job sites

  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment safely and efficiently
