Overview:A small construction company based in Poulsbo, WA is seeking an experience Carpenter with strong skills in both rough and finish carpentry to join their team. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes pride in their work, and communicates effectively with team members and clients.

JOB DUTIES:**

May include but not limited to the following:

  • Perform rough and finish carpentry on residential remodel projects
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials according to project requirements
  • Install framing, trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, and other components
  • Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
  • Collaborate with project leads and other trades to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of carpentry experience
  • Proficient in both rough and finish carpentry techniques
  • Must provide own tools and reliable transportation to jobsites
  • Strong work ethic, accountability, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Clean background required

Pay: $25-$35/hour DOE

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-4:00PM
