Job Description

This role is ideal for an experienced carpenter with a strong experince in remodeling and deck construction. You will contribute to a variety of construction projects, applying your carpentry skills from rough framing to installation work. The position offers the opportunity to transition to a direct role after an initial four-month period, providing stability and long-term career potential.

Responsibilities

  • Perform carpentry work on remodeling projects, including framing, structural adjustments, and finish work as needed.
  • Build and install decks, ensuring proper measurements, structural integrity, and quality workmanship.
  • Use hand tools and basic construction equipment safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks.
  • Carry out general labor duties on the job site, such as material handling, site preparation, and cleanup.
  • Install components and materials according to project specifications and instructions from supervisors.

Pay and Benefits
