What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 3-5 years of construction experience (trade-specific experience preferred)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • Ability to regularly lift 50+ pounds

  • Positive attitude and team-first mentality

Employment Requirements
As part of the Alyeska Builders team, employees are expected to:
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Complete OSHA-10 certification before employment (company-provided if needed).
  • Complete one company-approved continuing education course every six months (provided by the company and completed on your own time).
  • Report any driving violations that may affect employment responsibilities.
