Job description

We are seeking a FULLY-VACCINATED MOBILE LEAD PHLEBOTOMIST to join our team! The phlebotomist should be fully-vaccinated and will obtain blood samples from nursing home patients located in Charlotte, NC.


This position will be Monday through Friday with a start time of 3 a.m.


Responsibilities:

  • Collect blood samples from geriatric patients
  • Monitor storage and inventory of supplies in the facility and at home
  • Maintain a clean and healthy work environment
  • Adhere to laboratory safety policies and procedures
  • Properly identify patients by asking him/her their full name and DOB before drawing


Qualifications:

  • Previous phlebotomy experience (A year or more)
  • Ability to build rapport with Patients/Nurses/Physicians
  • Familiarity with medical software and equipment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Maintain a clean and neat appearance and professional attitude
