Compensation

Benefits
Carolina QuickCare's benefits package has been recognized as a Top 10 program nationally among private urgent care organizations.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • HSA with employer contribution match
  • Company-paid malpractice insurance
  • Student loan repayment assistance
  • PTO

  • 1+ years of urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care experience preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a patient-centered approach to care
