Responsibilities
  • Provide highest quality patient-centered care.
  • Manage your panel of patients through continuous remote care. You will collaborate with our team of expert health coaches and be supported by the rest of our medical team.
  • Be proactive in ensuring adequate follow up of patients and their concerns.
  • Actively participate in the development of new technology and protocols to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • A minimum of 2 research papers or case studies required per year
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Have a growth mindset, be flexible and agile in a rapidly growing company
  • You put people first and take care of yourself, your peers, and our patients equally
Requirements
  • Unrestricted US medical license & Board certified required
  • Multiple state licenses are helpful. IMLC licensing preferred
  • Experience and competence in diabetes management, Metabolic care, Ketogenetic/Low Carb/Carnivore mindfulness
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Telemedicine, RPM experience preferred
  • SMHP Certified preferred
  • Outside US medical license are welcome to submit their applications

Toward Health has an experience based compensation structure. Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
