About the Program:The Finance Rotational Program is a two-year rotational program based in Miami, Florida. The program is designed to build future leaders for the Finance Organization.As an Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to rotate through various departments.Based on project availability, participants will spend time working in four functional areas, becoming familiar with the core financial drivers of the company, financial operations, revenue optimization and fleet deployment strategy, to name a few.You will also receive comprehensive training in all areas in which you will be rotating. All the while, you will gain exposure to the C-suite, key decision makers in the brands, and gain unparalleled cross-departmental knowledge that will position you for an accelerated career path in Finance.Upon completion of the program, you'll have the opportunity to interview for a Sr. Analyst role at RCG. 

 

Sample Rotation Preview: 

Revenue Planning - Analysts on the Revenue Planning team support forecasting, reporting, and analytics across Royal Caribbean Group. You'll monitor demand trends, pricing performance, and broader business conditions, translating findings into daily and weekly reporting for leadership. The rotation may also include supporting quarterly earnings preparations by developing clear, data-driven narratives on revenue performance and outlook. 

Corporate Strategy - Analysts in Corporate Strategy join a high-performing team that operates like an internal consulting group. You'll partner with brand and functional leaders to solve complex, high-impact problems and shape long-term strategy. This rotation emphasizes structured problem-solving, analytical rigor, and cross-functional collaboration, with exposure to senior leadership and enterprise-wide initiatives. 

Treasury - In Treasury, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting the company's liquidity, capital structure, and financial risk management. Responsibilities may include cash flow forecasting, daily cash and payment activity, supporting debt and investment strategies, and partnering with internal teams and external financial institutions. This rotation provides insight into how the organization funds growth while maintaining financial stability. 

Brand Finance - Analysts in Brand Finance support one of Royal Caribbean Groups brands - Celebrity Cruises, Royal Caribbean International, or Silversea Cruises by partnering with finance leaders to analyze performance and support strategic priorities. You'll help maintain dashboards and reporting, contribute to capital planning and budgeting, and deliver insights that enable brand leadership to make informed financial and operational decisions. 

Other possible areas of rotation:Corporate Planning, Audit, Newbuild Finance, Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, and Capital Planning.  

 

What we are looking for: 

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, and/or quantitative degree program or a Master's degree. 

  • Students graduating in December 2026 (available to begin February 2027) or May 2027 (available to begin in August 2027). 

  • Must have authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis 

  • GPA of 3.5 or higher is preferred
