Summary

The Night Manager is responsible for overseeing overnight hotel operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience, maintaining service and brand standards, and providing leadership and support to the Front Office and Night Audit teams. This role serves as the Manager on Duty overnight, addressing guest needs, resolving operational issues, and ensuring the hotel is secure and prepared for the following day.

HOW YOU'LL SHAPE THE EXPERIENCE & FUTURE
  • Oversee overnight hotel operations and serve as the Manager on Duty, ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment.
  • Supervise, support, and provide guidance to Night Auditors and overnight Front Office team members.
  • Oversee Night Audit procedures, including daily financial reconciliation, reporting, and accuracy of hotel transactions.
  • Respond to guest needs, concerns, and service recovery opportunities while maintaining exceptional service standards.
  • Conduct overnight property walks, address operational concerns, and communicate important updates to the morning management team.
  • Other duties as assigned.
KEY STRENGTHS FOR SUCCESS

  • Ability to work overnight shifts independently and effectively.
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Additional coursework or certification in hospitality or a related field preferred.

Pay Rate: $60,000 Annually
