Location: Boca Raton, FL
Position: Receptionist
Schedule: Part-Time, Evening | 4:30 PM–8:00 PM
Pay: $16–$18 per hour

About the Role

Boca Circle Rehabilitation Center is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming first point of contact for our residents, families, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors in a warm and professional manner

  • Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system

  • Monitor individuals entering and leaving the facility

  • Perform basic clerical duties, including filing, copying, and faxing

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Provide general administrative support

  • Assist with additional office duties as needed

Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of receptionist or clerical experience preferred
