This position is based onsite in patients' homes in Sparks and nearby areas, providing a unique opportunity to work closely with individuals in their everyday environments. You will be collaborating directly with our medical doctor and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery. • Assist the medical doctor during patient evaluations by gathering vital information and performing preliminary assessments to determine patient needs.

• Support the development and execution of personalized treatment plans by actively participating in discussions and following through with necessary procedures.

• Conduct essential medical tasks, including taking vital signs, administering injections, and performing other basic tests while ensuring patient comfort and safety.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring that all medical charts are updated following each visit, thus supporting continuity of care.

• Engage with patients in a caring manner, providing them with relevant information about their treatment and addressing any questions or concerns effectively.

• Monitor and observe patient progress, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to the medical doctor, fostering a proactive approach to patient care.

• Assist in managing the overall office workflow, ensuring that patient appointments run smoothly and efficiently.

• Uphold a clean and organized working environment in patients’ homes, promoting a welcoming atmosphere that prioritizes patient comfort.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population requiring home care services. This includes elderly patients, individuals recovering from surgery, and those managing chronic illnesses.
