Job description

Service Titan Integrator

Compensation: $100,000-$120,000 annually

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Workplace Setting: Fully Onsite

Position Summary: The Service Titan Integrator at Cardone Ventures is responsible for owning the end to end implementation and optimization of ServiceTitan across the 10X Home Services vertical and its partner businesses. This individual serves as the primary subject matter expert for all ServiceTitan products, workflows, and configurations, working directly with business owners to ensure seamless onboarding, consistent data integrity, and operational efficiency across every integrated company. The ideal candidate is a certified ServiceTitan practitioner who combines deep technical knowledge with strong training and documentation skills to build scalable, repeatable integration processes that reduce partner stress and accelerate time to value.

About Cardone Ventures: Our mission is to help business owners achieve their personal, professional, and financial goals through the growth of their businesses. We work in dozens of verticals and provide strategic business guidance through courses, live events, partnerships, and investments. Our core values are the backbone of our business and guide our hiring process: we are inspirational, accountable, transparent, disciplined, aligned, and results oriented. This company operates nationally and is growing by the day.

Success Looks Like: Business owners experience seamless, low stress ServiceTitan implementations completed within a two week baseline timeline from kickoff to go live. Custom dashboards and reporting are consistent across all vertical businesses, giving leadership real time visibility into performance with reliable, unified data. Workflows and pricebook standards are documented, trained, and actively practiced across all partner businesses, driving predictable operational results. Partner businesses require minimal reactive support post integration because the upfront implementation process is thorough, well documented, and built to last.

Objectives: Own the end to end ServiceTitan implementation process for each new partner business, from initial configuration through go live, ensuring a consistent and efficient onboarding experience. Build and maintain standardized pricebook templates that can be applied and customized across all home services vertical businesses with minimal friction. Create comprehensive workflow documentation for all ServiceTitan pro products and train business owners and their teams on proper workflows and system usage. Develop and maintain implementation guides for each ServiceTitan pro product, providing hands-on assistance to ensure proper setup and adoption. Continuously optimize the baseline implementation process with a target of two weeks from kickoff to go live, identifying and eliminating recurring bottlenecks. Build and maintain custom reporting dashboards that surface consistent, accurate performance data across all vertical partner businesses. Serve as the ongoing ServiceTitan support resource for vertical partners, providing timely updates, troubleshooting assistance, and product guidance post integration. Partner with internal leadership to assess integration health across the portfolio and identify opportunities to improve standardization, adoption, and data integrity.

Competencies: Deep, hands-on expertise in ServiceTitan configuration, implementation, and administration across core and pro products including pricebooks, workflows, reporting, and integrations. Strong ability to translate technical system configurations into clear, actionable documentation and training that business owners without technical backgrounds can follow and apply. Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent business integrations, prioritize effectively, and hit timeline targets without sacrificing quality. Exceptional communication and relationship skills, with the ability to build trust quickly with business owners who may be skeptical, stressed, or unfamiliar with CRM systems. High attention to data integrity and process consistency, with a track record of building systems and documentation that hold up across multiple businesses and operator types. Comfortable working in a fast paced, high growth environment where processes are evolving and the ability to build from scratch is as important as maintaining what exists. Experience with accounting workflows in ServiceTitan, including the ability to support transitions from cash to accrual accounting as part of the integration process. Self directed and resourceful: able to identify gaps in an existing implementation, propose solutions, and drive resolution with minimal supervision.

Education and Experience: ServiceTitan Certified User at Navigator level minimum. Commander level certification strongly preferred. Minimum of 2 years of hands on ServiceTitan implementation or administration experience, ideally across multiple businesses or verticals. Demonstrated experience building pricebooks, workflow documentation, and training materials within the ServiceTitan platform. Experience supporting or leading business transitions including pricebook revamps, accounting methodology changes, or full system migrations is a strong plus. Background in home services operations, field service management, or CRM administration preferred. Equivalent demonstrated experience will be considered.

10X Total Rewards: Full-time employees receive: Medical, dental, and vision (employee + dependents) 401(k) with up to 3% company match Parental leave: 8 weeks fully paid (primary caregiver) / 4 weeks fully paid (secondary) + 1 month remote for both Vacation and sick time that increases with tenure Gym membership, 100% paid Meal prep service discounts Pet insurance through SPOT Employee Assistance Program through Guardian Professional development reimbursements for outside courses and certifications 10X Mentorship Program $250K+ in internal education resources across Sales, Operations, Finance, People, and Marketing Uncapped commission eligibility for all team members

Physical Requirements: Primarily a desk based role with extended periods of computer work. Onsite at the Cardone Ventures office with occasional travel to partner business locations for on the ground implementation support as needed.

Commitment to Diversity: As an equal opportunity employer committed to meeting the needs of a multigenerational and multicultural workforce Cardone Ventures recognizes that a diverse staff, reflective of our community, is an integral and welcome part of a successful and ethical business. We hire local talent at all levels regardless of race, color, religion, age, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation or disability, and actively foster inclusion in all forms both within our company and across interactions with clients, candidates and partners.
