POSITION SUMMARY

The Vice President of Marketing Services is the architect and executive leader responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing Cardone Ventures’ marketing agency. This leader will own the strategic vision, operational execution, and commercial performance of our marketing services offerings. The VP will be accountable for scaling a world‑class, profitable agency operation—delivering measurable revenue impact for our clients while driving consistent growth within Cardone Ventures.

This role requires deep experience in high‑growth marketing environments, proven ability to scale teams and systems, and strong financial and business acumen. The successful candidate has previously built or scaled a marketing agency from early stages through meaningful scale, including team structure, service design, productization, technology stack, pricing strategy, and client success.

OBJECTIVES
  • Build and scale a full‑service marketing organization capable of serving hundreds of clients across diverse industries
  • Define and implement the systems, structure, and processes required to scale delivery, increase throughput, and improve margins.
  • Implement operational dashboards, KPIs, and reporting cadence to ensure visibility across financial performance, client outcomes, and operational health.
  • Build the marketing tech stack and automation ecosystem to enable efficiency, scale, and data visibility
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in digital, media, AI, automation, and creative execution to maintain competitive differentiation.
  • Optimize service delivery models (productized vs. custom, in‑house vs. partner/vendor, etc.) to balance scalability and client results.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, that drive brand awareness and engagement for our clients
  • Set and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact.
  • Establish client marketing metrics to track the success of marketing efforts and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • Test, report, optimize and analyze services performance to identify key levers and opportunities for marketing strategy improvements
  • Develop and implement client marketing plans that maximizes team capacity, program return on investment and client satisfaction to drive retention
  • Oversee the preparation, interpretation and presentation of relevant analytic findings to key stakeholders
  • Oversee quality control and assurance processes to ensure client deliverables are free of errors
  • Make recommendations on department development, key investments, and innovations necessary within marketing services to executive team to maintain a competitive advantage against our competitors
  • Oversee marketing vendor relationships to ensure there is streamlined communication across all teams to deliver quality services/products to clients
COMPETENCIES
  • Exceptional marketing and sales strategy or planning experience with business vision and ability to link marketing strategy and results to business and financial goals
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels (digital, traditional, social media, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of marketing technologies, automation tools, and data analytics platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate with executives of the core business and brand creative team to guide and unify the creative direction of the Marketing agency
  • Understanding of how to successfully grow and scale a marketing agency, with insight to potential breakpoints and how to overcome them
  • Ability to craft a value proposition to clients for the marketing services
  • Demonstrated experience successfully leading a team of creatives
  • Understanding of current and emerging trends in digital marketing, mobile marketing, and automation
  • Ability to negotiate with strategic vendors in order to obtain favorable pricing
  • Understanding of digital, traditional, social media and strategic marketing opportunities
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Experience building and running a successful marketing agency
  • 10 years’ leadership experience in marketing, sales and management
