Conviva is a Subsidiary of Humana, looking for a dedicated, compassionate and cheerful Cardiology Receptionist who is interested in being part of a team that focuses on excellent service to others.
Job Functions
  • Operates a switchboard or multi-line phone and maintains long distance call logs
  • Maintains the reception area
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Verification of insurances

You will report onsite to the Clinic Administrator at: 1567 Goliad Rd, San Antonio, TX 78223

Required Qualifications
  • You will have a minimum of one year of experience in a customer service setting; managing multiple phone lines.
  • You will have excellent Customer Service and phone etiquette
  • You will have knowledge of MS Office

Preferred Qualifications:
  • You will be bilingual in English/Spanish, able to read, write, and speak in English/Spanish
  • You will have two years related experience

Additional Information:
This role is considered patient-facing and is part of the company's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$38,000 - $45,800 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
