What does your role bring to the table?
The Senior Manager of SupplyChain role reports to the VP of Procurement and is responsible for fullyowning and driving endtoend supply chain execution and outcomes that ensuresconsistent product availability, cost control, and operational reliabilityacross all Snooze restaurants. This role exists to translate procurementstrategy into clear, measurable operational results while proactively managingcost, risk, and supply continuity across the system.

This role leads core supplychain functions including inventory management, distributor performance, vendorcompliance, contract execution, pricing accuracy, and system data integrity.The Senior Manager of Supply Chain is accountable for translating procurementstrategy into daytoday operational execution, partnering closely withculinary, operations, finance, and external partners to support menu rollouts,new restaurant openings, and ongoing supply continuity.

This position leveragesstrong analytical and technical skills to monitor performance metrics, identifyrisk, and drive continuous improvement across the supply network. The overallimpact of this role is to reduce disruption, improve instock performance,manage cost and risk, and enable Snooze's growth through a scalable,disciplined supply chain operation. Through the partnership with the VP Procurement,you will drive critical key initiatives surrounding purchasing, sourcing,vendor relationships, restaurant management collaboration, and overalldepartmental functionality. This role operates as a central point of accountability,driving alignment and execution across internal stakeholders and externalpartners.

The Position Specifics
Taking on the role of SeniorManager of Supply Chain isn't just about bacon and pancakes. Theresponsibilities of this position include:

Supply Chain Operations

  • Oversee and execute daily administrativetasks within the purchasing department, including but not limited to: managingout of stocks, inventory levels, special orders and freight across broadlinedistribution to minimize risk and identify opportunities.
  • Support restaurant operations through variousoperational enhancements and product improvements.
  • Support on all new restaurant opening needsin collaboration with training team and local management team. This includesnew vendor set up, ordering information and order guides, distributor contactinfo, processes, and beginning inventory support.
  • Communicate weekly with Regional Managers onprojects and purchasing updates.

Vendor Management &Supplier Performance

  • Build and maintain vendor relationships,attending business reviews and assisting with integration of sustainability andenvironmental awareness.
  • Manage quality assurance issues andresolution with vendors.
  • Maintain HACCP files & vendor compliance.
  • Maintain "Snooze Approved" to include vettingof suppliers, spec sheets, ingredient statements and caloric impact.
  • Coordinate, execute and implement departmentprocesses to include specifications, bid process, score carding, RFI's andRFP's.
  • Drive supplier performance management,including ongoing score carding and accountability for service levels, quality,and responsiveness

Financial, Contracting &Data Management

  • Own and maintain contract management,renewals, monthly pricing audits and financial analysis of impacts.
  • Own monthly and quarterly financial reportingto include price and market trends.
  • Maintain inventory platform to include newitem setup and mapping, vendor setups, vendor integrations, SUPC's, recipes,mapping, and more.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with the menu innovation andculinary team on all research and development, pilots, request of samples, SKUrationalization, LTO needs, availability of products, forecasting, costs andcommunication across all regions.
  • Establish rapport with our Snoozer managementteams and communicate directly with restaurant leadership regarding productspecifications, quality concerns, and general purchasing improvements.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across culinary,operations, and finance to ensure consistent execution and decision-making
  • Collaborate with Vice President of Purchasingand Chief Financial Officer to meet all department goals.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
  • 5+ years of supply chain or procurement experience

  • Must have the stamina to work 45 to 55 hours per week

The Nitty Gritty Details
Denver area base salaryrange: $90,000-$120,000 per year

The base salary range aboverepresents the low and high end of the Snooze salary range for this position.Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on variousfactors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location,merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regularand/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Snooze'stotal compensation package for employees.
