The Nurse Practitioner will work onsite in our modern outpatient office, designed to foster collaboration and communication among healthcare professionals. • Perform thorough assessments to diagnose and manage a wide range of cardiology conditions including but not limited to hypertension, heart failure, arrhythmias, and coronary artery disease.
• Collaborate with our team of cardiologists and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each patient's unique medical history and current health status.
• Educate patients and their families about cardiology conditions, treatment protocols, and lifestyle changes necessary for optimal cardiovascular health.
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems to document patient interactions, update treatment progress, and coordinate care plans with other providers.
• Regularly monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment strategies, ensuring effective management of their cardiovascular health.
• Engage in preventative care discussions, helping patients understand the importance of routine check-ups, screenings, and lifestyle modifications to help them maintain heart health.
• Stay updated on the latest research and techniques in cardiology to continuously integrate new practices into patient care.

The patient demographic includes a diverse array of individuals suffering from various cardiovascular diseases, ranging from young adults to the elderly. You will be responsible for fostering a supportive and informative environment, addressing not only the medical needs but also the emotional and psychological aspects of heart health. • A Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a focus in Cardiology or from a Family Nurse Practitioner program that includes substantial cardiology coursework.
• Certification as a Cardiology Certified Nurse Practitioner (CCNP) through the Cardiology Nursing Certification Board (CNBC) is highly desired.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in cardiology, primary care, or a related field as a Nurse Practitioner is essential.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills to effectively relay complex medical information to patients.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere, demonstrating leadership and collaboration skills to enhance the quality of care.

Experience in utilizing advanced care technologies and software specific to cardiology is advantageous. Familiarity with patient management systems and EHR applications will be viewed favorably. This full-time role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 150,000 to 160,000, commensurate with your experience and performance in the role.
