RN Weekend Supervisor
Mapleview Country Villa is a trusted long-term care and skilled nursing facility committed to delivering exceptional care and fostering a supportive environment for residents and staff. We value teamwork, professional growth, and compassionate service.
We are seeking a dedicated RN Weekend Supervisor to lead our nursing team and ensure the highest standards of care. In this role, you will oversee daily nursing operations, support staff development, and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate nursing staff during assigned shifts
  • Ensure quality care and adherence to clinical standards
  • Respond to resident needs and resolve concerns promptly
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications
  • Current Ohio RN license
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
