Cardiac Nursing Department Manager
Step into a leadership role at the heart of cardiac care. As the Nursing Department Manager for the Cardiac Catheterization Lab (CCL), Non-Invasive Cardiology, Cardiac Rehabilitation, and Vascular Access, you'll guide a highly skilled team delivering advanced, life-saving cardiovascular services.

Lead & Inspire Teams
- Lead, mentor, and support nursing teams across four cardiac service areas
- Recruit, develop, and retain top clinical talent
- Conduct performance evaluations and foster ongoing professional growth
- Build a strong culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence
Elevate Patient Care
- Ensure high-quality, evidence-based care across CCL, non-invasive testing, cardiac rehab, and vascular access
- Oversee clinical workflows from preparation through recovery
- Partner with physicians and cardiologists to coordinate seamless patient care
- Monitor outcomes and respond quickly to changes in patient condition
Drive Quality & Performance
- Lead quality improvement initiatives focused on safety, outcomes, and patient experience
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
- Evaluate data and identify opportunities to improve processes and care delivery
Support Operations & Collaboration
- Assist with budgeting and resource planning
- Support efficient staffing and cost-effective operations
- Collaborate across departments and hospital leadership to ensure smooth care delivery
- Strengthen communication across interdisciplinary teams
Empower Patients & Families
- Ensure patients and families receive clear education on procedures, recovery, and rehabilitation
- Support development of educational tools and resources for cardiac care
What You Bring
- Strong clinical background in cardiology or acute care nursing
- Leadership experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Passion for developing teams and improving patient outcomes
- Ability to balance clinical excellence with operational and financial priorities
