Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Recovery RN for our Cardiac Cath Lab. The RN will provide pre/post procedural care for patients undergoing various cardiac procedures, including right and left heart catheterization and peripheral diagnostic and intervention procedures. Candidates must have at least two years of lab experience and hold the necessary certifications.
Responsibilities
  • Provide pre and post procedural care in the cardiac catheterization lab.
  • Administer appropriate medications and monitor patient recovery.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Maintain patient safety and advocate for patient needs throughout the recovery process.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation for STEMI cases as necessary.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
  • Must possess valid RCIS certification.
  • Must have ACLS and BLS certifications.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the lab setting required.
  • Advanced experience in electrophysiology (EP) preferred.
