Job Summary and Qualifications

The Cardiac Cath Lab Radiology Technologist or CCLRT, under the supervision of the Supervisor of the Cardiac Cath Lab and Director of CV services, is responsible for performing the daily operations for the Cardiac Cath Lab. The CCL Radiology Technologist is responsible for direct and indirect patient care, for scrubbing diagnostic and interventional cases, hemodynamic monitoring, and under direct supervision of Physician operates x-ray equipment. Other departmental duties as assigned that actively support process improvements in the CCL. 
Maintains quality of technical duties and adheres to department and hospital policies and procedures in a manner consistent with the missions and goals of the organization. 

What qualifications you will need:
  • Graduate of Accredited School of Radiology or graduate of Cardiology training program required. 
  • 1+ years of experience in healthcare setting preferred. 
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required. 
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required. 
  • Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist (CMRT) required. 
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) required.
