Job description

Card Services Lead

First Community is looking for a Card Services Lead for our Copperfield headquarters (NW Houston). The lead will be responsible for supervising and directing card services personnel, ensuring accurate and timely processing of various back office card service tasks, assist members with card services questions regarding their account, process approved applications, settlement files, disputes and fraud cases. The lead will also be responsible for conducting meetings with team members, as necessary, oversee duties related to lost/stolen cards, providing provisional credit for transaction disputes and fraud cases, submitting bond claims per procedure. Additionally, oversee the monitoring of fraudulent card reports and investigation, along with other duties as assigned. The qualified candidate will possess an associate's degree or equivalent work experience and 3-5 years of banking, financial or other card service experience. This is an on-site position, currently based out of our Copperfield location.
