Job description

Position Summary: Job Details:• This job is open at our Towson branch located in Towson, Maryland.
• This is a Full-time position requiring 40 hours per week (8 hours per day).
• The typical work schedule is M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and some Saturdays from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm. Saturdays are worked at our branch in Perry Hall, MD.
• Employees earn premium pay for Saturday hours.
Job Duties:
• Provide professional, prompt, and courteous service to members and Credit Union staff
• Process new credit card applications
• Order, cancel, & re-issue debit, credit, and instant issue cards
• Process changes to cardholder accounts, such as address and name changes, limit increases, & travel notifications
• Answer member questions & resolve problems
• Review, process, & resolve card disputes & fraudulent transactions
• Perform daily GL reconciliation for fraud & dispute cases
• Perform debit, credit, & gift card settlements
• Maintain cardholder files, process payments, & facilitate ATM balancing
• Sell products and services based on member needs
What You Need:
• Some customer service experience is required
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to travel to our branches in Towson & Perry Hall as needed
• A passion for serving customers is required!
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform basic math functions
• Proficient use of computers & Windows-based software
• Credit check and criminal background check are required
