If you’re calm, dependable, and motivated by meaningful work, this overnight role is a chance to shine. As an Overnight Support Services Coordinator, you’ll support residential teams, ensure quality care for our residents, and keep our homes running smoothly through the night.

Your leadership helps create a safe, supportive environment — and your presence truly matters.

What You’ll Do
  • Support Overnight Teams — Provide on-call guidance, problem-solving, and mentoring.

  • Ensure Quality Care — Verify active treatment, safety, and service delivery.

  • Review Documentation — Check notes, attendance, and shift records for accuracy.

  • Assist in Homes — Step in as needed and collaborate with staff.

  • Maintain Safety — Identify hazards, assist with fire drills, and uphold CARC standards.

What You Bring
  • Experience in residential care or similar settings preferred.

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, assist with transfers, and respond in emergencies.
