  • Partner with Clinic Manager to uphold the highest standards of care, safety, and patient experience
Financial Accountability
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of financial statements, clinic billing procedures, and payer guidelines
  • Stay current on diagnostic and procedure coding, ensuring accuracy for reimbursement and training staff as needed
  • Adjust clinic operations and resource allocations in alignment with financial changes and goals
Experiential Outcomes
  • Serve as an inspirational leader who empowers the team through feedback, recognition, and accountability
  • Interview, onboard, and mentor clinicians to ensure success and retention
  • Perform regular chart audits and one-to-one clinician evaluations
  • Oversee payroll targets and manage clinician schedules across sites
  • Respond to patient and staff concerns with transparency and professionalism
  • Drive patient experience outcomes, ensuring KPI goals are consistently met or exceeded
  • Represent Carbon Health in community events and marketing activities that promote clinic growth and engagement

About You
  • MD/DO with active state license; board certified or board eligible (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in FM/IM, or similar setting
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience in a healthcare setting
  • Skilled in consulting and treating all patients 18+ and comfortable with basic women's health exams including PAPs
  • Familiar with financial statements, P&L management, and HR processes
  • Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build trust at every level of the organization
  • BLS is required and must be obtained before your first day with Carbon Health

Why Join Carbon Health
