Used Car Sales Associate

As a Used Car Sales Associate, you'll manage the daily operations of the used car sales lot while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting overall store performance. This base salary + commission role is ideal for motivated self-starters who enjoy building relationships and growing sales. Best of all, you don't have to compete with other sales reps, meaning every sale you earn a commission.

Your responsibilities as a Used Car Sales Associate include:

  • Foster a culture focused on Safety First and Environmental Stewardship
  • Deliver friendly, helpful, and professional customer service
  • Manage the daily operations of the used car sales lot
  • Work with local teams to source vehicles from auctions, dealers, and other partners
  • Conduct minor vehicle repairs and inspections
  • Process car titles and ensure compliance with all documentation standards
  • Meet individual and team sales goals
  • Maintain facility cleanliness and organization
  • Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety standards
  • Work retail store hours (may include weekends, overtime, and some holidays)
  • Grow your skills, assist your team, and perform other assigned tasks.

What you bring as a Used Car Sales Associate includes:
