Job Summary:
Mark Mazda of Scottsdale is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales & Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Sales & Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in their vehicle purchase or lease process, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive overall experience. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a competitive base salary plus commission structure.
Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual base salary + commission of $40,000 to $100,000, based on experience and performance
  • Commission structure for each vehicle sold or leased
  • Weekly pay schedule

Responsibilities:

  • Listen to customers' needs and assist them in selecting the right vehicle

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets


Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in automotive sales or customer service preferred
  • Sales-driven mentality with strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-based environment
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
