Job description

Summary:

The Manager of Recruitment will lead full cycle hiring efforts, develop recruiting strategies, and provide support to hiring managers to attract and hire top talent across our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing through offer acceptance
  • Partner with hiring managers to guide and support the hiring process
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies across multiple departments and locations
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS), job postings, and recruiting tools
  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  • Source, evaluate, and manage external recruiting agency partnerships as a strategic hiring resource
  • Train and mentor HR Associates on recruiting processes and best practices
  • Identify and implement process improvements, tools, and technologies to enhance recruiting effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, including at least 1 year of experience leading or overseeing recruiting efforts

Salary: $72,400-$100,000
