The Install Manager is responsible for ensuring quality installations by overseeing quality assurance processes and conducting thorough checks to meet company standards and customer expectations. They provide mentorship and training to installers, promote a positive customer experience, and collaborate with Sales Representatives for seamless transitions between sales and installation processes. Additionally, they actively participate in store management meetings, manage supply orders, enforce company policies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The Install Manager performs hands-on installations, provides sales support, troubleshoots issues, and exemplifies company culture by upholding professionalism and high ethical standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Quality Installations:

    • Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure all installations meet company standards and customer expectations.

    • Conduct thorough checks and troubleshooting to ensure accurate and flawless installations of various 12V mobile electronics products, car accessories, and custom work.

  • Mentorship & Training:

    • Provide mentorship and guidance to other installers on installation best practices, product knowledge, and customer escalations.
