At Gregory & Appel, we are looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager (AM) to join our Captive team. This is a great opportunity to work alongside top industry leaders, support meaningful clients, and advance your career with a company that invests in you and your community.
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will play a vital role on our Captive team in helping clients protect what matters most.
Requirements
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage client accounts on our captive line of business
  • Support Producers and Captive Program Leaders with new and renewal business, including the preparation of proposals, quotes, renewal materials, and accurate policy and program documentation.
  • Manage day-to-day captive account service needs, including certificates, endorsements, audits, policy changes, billing inquiries, and other client or program-related requests, while coordinating with carriers, captive managers, and internal partners as needed.
  • Deliver a high level of proactive, responsive, and professional service by building strong client relationships, communicating program requirements and key deadlines, and ensuring timely follow-through on account needs.

Experience and Skills:
  • Property & Casualty license and 3+ years of commercial insurance service experience
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, markets, and underwriting
  • Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills
  • Professional designations (CIC, CPCU, CRM, CISR, ARM) preferred
  • Applied Epic experience preferred but not a deal breaker
