Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to create a loyal customer base.
  • Actively listen to the clients objections and concerns. Address the clients concerns carefully, clearly, and professionally.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding policy questions, changes, and updates. Issue Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
  • Ensure consistent and prompt communication with clients to address their needs and concerns to ensure retention standards.
  • Assist clients in navigating their insurance policies and answering any questions they may have.

Requirements
  • 2+ Years experience in the Personal Insurance space. Independant Insurance Agent experience is a plus!
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail when reviewing policies, contracts, and client data to minimize errors and ensure the highest level of accuracy.
  • Candidate must have basic computer software knowledge. This includes being proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Agency Management System (EZLynx) is a BONUS.
  • Act as a dedicated team player, fostering collaboration and supporting colleagues in delivering excellent service to clients.
  • Ambitious self-starter who can work independently to hit targets and prioritize tasks throughout the day.
  • Demonstrate professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
