About the Role:

As an associate consultant - project coordinator in the Cybersecurity and Data Privacy practice area, you will collaborate with team members to conceptualize, deliver, and support our state clients and their health information network initiatives. Serving as a project coordinator, your day-to-day work as an associate consultant will include applying coordination, facilitation, project management, proactive communication, and problem-solving skills to support our clients and their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating key project documentation.
  • Planning and scheduling meetings.
  • Creating and updating presentation materials.
  • Facilitating meetings and stakeholder discussions.
  • Preparing and distributing meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Organizing action items, risks, and issues.
  • Managing and maintaining multiple calendars.
  • Assisting with managing project quality.
  • Tracking project timelines and project progress.
  • Acting as a liaison between teams to ensure smooth communication.
  • Working closely with the project team and external stakeholders to ensure that key project milestones are achieved on time.
About you:Required Qualifications
  • Excellent writing, documentation, communication, and facilitation skills to meet project goals.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Demonstrated organization and planning skills.
  • Ability to develop relationships with stakeholders and to understand their needs through excellent listening and effective written and verbal communication.
Preferred/Desired Qualifications
  • Experience as a project coordinator or project manager.
  • Experience working on health information technology projects.
  • Experience working with federal, state, or local government.
  • Certified associate in project management (CAPM) or other project management certifications.
Education and Experience
  • A bachelor's degree in business, information technology, public health, health informatics, or a related discipline and one year of professional experience.
  • An equivalent combination of advanced education, training, and experience will be considered.

The target base salary for this position is $60,407 to $75,508 per year. When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including skill set, experience, location, and job-related qualifications.
