4. Safety and Compliance

· Ensure compliance with safety standards, conduct audits and address issues as needed.

5. Risk Management

· Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies.

· Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

6. Team Collaboration

7. Additional Duties:

Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills & Attributes):

· 2-4 years of experience in project management or coordination.

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.

· Ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications.

· Knowledge of NEC standards, OSHA regulations, and environmental compliance.

· Experience in project estimating and familiarity with quoting and takeoff processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business administration, project management, or a related field is preferred.

· Experience working on projects that involve cross-functional teams.

· Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or equivalent are a plus.

Physical Requirements:

This job involves both indoor and outdoor work. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:

· Lift, carry and/or move up to 75 pounds repeatedly.

· Climb ladders, staircases, step stools, stand, walk, sit, and operate vehicles for extended periods.
