Burlington Capital Properties is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Omaha-Bellevue, NE. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities at our properties to ensure they are well-maintained and operating efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules
  • Inspect properties regularly to identify and address maintenance needs
  • Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
  • Prepare and manage maintenance budgets
  • Collaborate with property managers and residents to address maintenance issues
  • Train and mentor maintenance staff
Requirements:
