THE WORK:
  • You'll serve as a senior marketfacing executive responsible for driving growth, shaping largescale client transformations, and leading the successful delivery of complex capital programs across public and private sector clients.
  • You'll partner with Csuite and senior publicsector leaders to modernize how they plan, govern, and execute capital investments - integrating capital program delivery, digital enablement, and operating model transformation.
  • You'll act as a trusted advisor across the full capital lifecycle - planning, funding, design, construction, and transition to operations - leveraging Accenture's global capabilities, digital assets, and industry expertise.
  • You'll originate, shape, and close large, complex infrastructure and capital projects engagements while building executive relationships across priority industries.
  • You'll lead program execution and governance as an executive sponsor or engagement lead, mobilizing global, multidisciplinary teams and ensuring delivery excellence.
  • You'll design and implement modern PMO and governance models, oversee integrated project controls, and leverage data, analytics, and digital tools to support portfoliolevel decisionmaking.

  • Proven success in business development, origination, and delivery of largescale engagements
  • Deep expertise in PMO transformation, capital governance, and program delivery
  • Strong executive presence and ability to advise senior leaders
  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Experience leading major capital modernization or PMO transformation programs
  • Background working with publicsector agencies, utilities, transportation, or large privatesector owners
