Senior Marketing Analyst, Capital One Software (Remote)
Capital One Software is the enterprise B2B software business of Capital One, dedicated to helping organizations manage their data in the cloud with speed, agility, and efficiency. • Analyze the efficiency of paid media, content marketing, and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) programs.
  • Implement and manage early stage multi-touch attribution (MTA) models to accurately credit value across long, complex B2B sales cycles.
  • Oversee the integration of data between Salesforce, Marketo, Snowflake, and BI tools (Tableau) to ensure a "Single Source of Truth" to track campaign effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain executive-level dashboards that communicate the "story" behind the numbers for campaign results, making technical findings accessible to non-technical stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, business analysis, or data science
  • At least 2 years of experience in people management
  • At least 2 years of experience with data visualization tools (for example: Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
  • At least 2 years of experience reporting in Salesforce CRM

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
  • Master's Degree or MBA with a quantitative concentration (for example: Statistics, Economics, or Business Analytics)
  • Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite or SVP-level stakeholders through storytelling and data-driven business cases
  • Experience working in a product-led growth (PLG) environment, optimizing free-to-paid conversion paths
