Job description

Flex Relationship Manager
Are you a natural born people person who thrives on cultivating relationships with others? Does being a strategic thinker strike a chord with you? Look no further; a Flex Relationship Manager Associate at Capital One is the opportunity for both! This role will facilitate strong partnerships with dealers and sales managers while providing high level customer service to our internal Auto Finance business. You will be influencing 60-80 dealerships, building positive relationships with them while supporting the outside sales managers. A Flex Relationship Manager will also be the first line of contact for Capital One Auto Finance (COAF) involving issues in underwriting and funding. A Flex Relationship Manager will monitor and make adjustments to the plan as the month progresses to achieve the desired goals.
General Responsibilities:
  • Help cultivate stellar relationships with our dealerships.
  • Optimize communication skills by creating strategic deals and goals with dealerships over the phone.
  • Review the structure in underwriting for COAF
  • Guide the deals in house for funding.
  • Partner successfully with peers and teammates to efficiently achieve operational alignment and mutual objectives.

Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of experience in Financial Services or at least 1 year of Business to Business Sales experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business
  • 2+ years experience in Auto Finance
  • 2+ years experience in Customer Relations
  • 5+ years experience in Customer Service

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Phoenix, AZ: $66,700 - $76,100 for Flex Relationship Mgr - Capital One Auto
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
