Join the Intel Foundry Capital Incentives team and play a key role in maximizing and managing strategic government funding programs that support Intel's global manufacturing investments. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of finance, operations, and public-sector partnerships, helping track and forecast incentives and grants that enable some of the world's most advanced semiconductor manufacturing initiatives.

As an Operations Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for forecasting, analyzing, and reporting government incentives and grant programs across multiple regions. You will partner with finance, accounting, operations, and leadership teams to ensure accurate planning, reporting, and financial visibility related to incentive programs.

What You'll Do

In this role, your responsibilities may include:

  • Forecasting and tracking government incentives, grants, and related funding programs, including:

    • AMIC (Advanced Manufacturing Investment Credit) and other federal incentive programs

    • International government grants and incentive programs

    • U.S. state-level grants and incentive programs

  • Supporting financial planning and reporting processes, including:

    • Annual Planning and Plan of Record (POR) cycles

    • Long-Range Planning (LRP) and Board of Directors (BOD) review cycles

    • Monthly and quarterly financial close processes

  • Developing and maintaining cash flow forecasts related to incentive and grant funding

  • Performing Working Inventory Forecasting (WIF) and related financial analyses

  • Preparing financial models, variance analyses, and executive-level reporting

  • Supporting internal and external audit requirements

  • Assisting with compliance reporting and documentation for incentive and grant programs

  • Presenting financial insights and recommendations to management and key stakeholders

  • Collaborating cross-functionally to improve forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field

  • 1+ years of experience in finance, accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or a related role

  • Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills

  • Advanced proficiency with MS Excel and working with large data sets

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience forecasting:

    • Capital Expenditures (CapEx)

    • Depreciation, Plant, and Network (DPN) or similar fixed asset metrics

    • Cash Flow

  • Experience supporting government grants, tax incentives, or large capital investment programs

  • Experience creating and delivering presentations to senior leaders and management teams

  • Advanced financial modeling and reporting skills

  • Experience working in a manufacturing, technology, semiconductor, or capital-intensive industry
