Performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, financial and human resources administration and provides professional support to one or more Managers and their direct reports. The role provides general offices services ensuring all administrative and operational processes and control standards are followed, while seeking to determine, develop, and participate in implementation of improvement opportunities, contributing to the effective and efficient operation of the business group.
  • Provide high-level administrative, operational and strategic support to senior Capital Market executives

  • Act as a trusted partner in support of business priorities and strategic initiatives

  • Analyze complex information and produce relevant reports, dashboards and recommendations

  • Manage complex calendars, high-level meetings and events related to Capital Market activities

  • Co-ordinates the planning and execution of customer and internal events

  • Support the preparation of professional communications (presentations, correspondence, executive documents)

  • Track budgets, expenses, invoices and reimbursements in conjunction with governing policy

  • Organize business travel (flights, hotels, logistics) for management

  • Maintain effective and structured tracking, classification and information management systems

  • Work closely with internal teams, business partners and external suppliers

  • Support operational challenges related to office premises, resources, and logistics

  • Coach and mentor less experienced administrative Assistants

  • Demonstrates autonomy, good judgment and discretion in a dynamic and demanding environment

  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes

  • Act within the Bank's governance, risk and compliance frameworks

Qualifications:

  • Typically 5+ years of relevant experience in an administrative/ professional support function, demonstrating progressive responsibility and post-secondary degree in related field of study.

  • Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience.

The salary range for this specific role in Montreal is $70,000 - $85,000 CAD.

You're fluent in French and English to support business operations outside the province of Quebec.

$45,500.00 - $84,500.00
