We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily operations at our Towson office. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with accuracy, consistency, and minimal oversight.


In this role, you will help keep schedules, communication, and internal tasks organized so the team can operate efficiently. This position requires someone who is attentive to detail, responsive, and able to stay on top of a steady flow of work without losing track of priorities.


This is a hands-on role where consistency, organization, and follow-through are important to keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. This position includes a base salary along with bonus opportunities based on performance.

Requirements:


Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
